Jaime came to me wanting to lean out and put on muscle mass. She already had a great workout routine, but was wanting MORE. So, we fine tuned her daily nutrition. She received monthly nutrition plans (that were often tweaked from week to week), food options/recipes to choose from, carbs all day to keep her full and energized and (of course)weekly cheat meals. She stayed on-plan each and every month and trained like crazy. She went hard in the gym lifting heavy and often. After cutting out her long and tedious cardio, we started her on a more manageable schedule. NO more than 30 minutes of cardio, ever. After tons of hard work, Jaime is looking healthy, lean and strong. She has dropped 6% body fat and has gained 7lbs. of LEAN muscle mass (while maintaining the same, healthy weight). I am thrilled to show off this “after” photo. Way to go, Jaime! You are a rock star!
