Pumpkin Protein Shake- YUM!
I made this today and it’s delicious, so I had to share. I’m in the mood for fall and this shake hit the spot. Why not eat clean AND make it taste good?

Ingredients:
2+ cups Ice
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (today I used Lean Body for Her from Bodybuilding.com)
Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
Dash of Nutmeg
*Can also add Pumpkin Pie Spice and Agave (which I didn’t have)
Blend together

This made one large serving so I may adjust my portions next time. I added some almonds on the side and I’ve got a great fall inspired snack
